Chevrolet In Sycamore Township

Following the end of World War II, Chevrolet quickly became the largest selling automobiles in the US, finally surpassing Ford. Their offerings touched price points and their designs enchanted buyers and brought about large sales numbers. It wasn't until the Japanese made huge in-roads late in the 20th and early in the 21st century that Chevy fell from the very top of the sales ladder. That means that a lot of Chevrolet products were purchased during the 1950s through the 1980s, prime car show models. That's a major reason why there were so many "bow tie" cars and trucks at the 15th Annual Sycamore Township Car Show. Among them was a Camao Z28, a Nova, a Corvette, a Monte Carlo, a 1969 Chevelle, a Biscayne, and a 1969 Camaro.
