Find Rare Gems At Swope's Cars of Yesteryear

In 1999 Kentucky auto deal Bill Swope realized that his personal collection of classic cars had grown to the point where he wanted to have them all together in one place. That is when he opened his Cars of Yesteryear Museum in Elizabethtown, KY. Since Bill and his wife Betty were the kind of people to share, they made the museum open to the public and free for anyone to stop in and enjoy the many fantastic and often rare vehicles on display. Located just off I-65 south of Louisville, Swope's Cars of Yesteryear is a quick hop off the highway and is well worth it. There you'll see a 1930 Hupmobile Victoria, a 1932 Chrysler Sport Coup, a 1953 Packard Mayfair, a 1936 Chrysler Airflow Imperial Series C-10, a 1931 LaSalle Convertible Coupe complete with rumble seat, a 1932 Packard Light Eight Touring Sedan, and a 1933 Packard.
