A Show To Support Police Charities

The Lakeside Park Crestview Hills Police Department sponsors a lot of charities in their community. Many of them are helping local youth. To help support those worthy causes, the department has been holding a car show for the least few years. The event started in the parking lot of a nearby town center but was so overwhelmingly large that it has since moved to the campus of Thomas More University. This year, on a hot, sunny summer day that luckily had low humidity and a nice breeze, around 100 vehicles showed up. Among them was a beautiful Ford Mustang Mach 1, a Ford Model A street rod, a Chevy Beaumont which is a car not often seen, an AMC AMX, a 1978 Nova, a Plymouth Road Runner, and a 1972 Monte Carlo.
