Plenty of Cars Came Out to Support the Police Charity Event

With beautiful early Summer weather and clear skies there were just south of 100 cars and trucks that rolled out to the campus of Thomas More University to take part in the Lakeside Park Crestview Hills Police Department Charity Car Show. The event, only a few years old, is held to raise money for the numerous local charities supported by the police department. So this worthy event has quickly become one that attracts some quality vehicles. Among the cars on display that day was a 1953 Ford Customline, a Chevy Impala, a Chevy Fleetmaster panel van, a 1965 Chevelle, a Plymouth Barracuda, a 1968 Camaro Z-28, and a first generation Ford Thunderbird.
