Camaros Could Be Seen In Lawrenceburg

Match the unprecidented success of the Ford Mustang with the brutal pounding Chevrolet was taking on the safety issues involving the Corvair, and the Bowtie had to do something. What they did was introduce the Camaro. Debuting in September, 1966 as a 1967 model, the Camaro. While not as massive a hit as the Mustang, Chevy got their pony car success with the Camaro. The Camaro has long been a car event staple and there were plenty on hand for the 6th Annual Cruisin' To A Cure For ALS show in Lawrenceburg. Hre are some of them starting with a first generation 1967 model.
