Asian Collector Cars at the Cincinnati Concours

The Cincinnati Concours, in addition to being one of the oldest and longest running concours events in the USA, was also one of the first to include a class just for Asian Collector Cars. While it usually has a very good collection on display, this year may have been one of the best ever. It included this 1966 Toyota FJ 40 Land Cruiser.

Believe it or not this 1967 Datsun 411 was considered a luxury car. It had a European flair primarily because it was designed by famed Italian firm Pininfarina.

Only 495 Datsun Fairlady sports cars were ever made. This 1961 car is an example of the first sports cars Datsun exported to the USA.

This 1969 Datsun 2000 Roadster set the groundwork for the famed line of Datsun and Nissan Z cars that followed.

This totally unrestored 1971 Datsun 1600 has never been titled and only has 1252 total miles on the clock. Only new tires and a new fuel line have been added.

Potential customers had to enter a lottery in hopes of buying one of these 1991 Nissan Figaros. Only 20,000 were ever made and none were exported out of Japan.

With only 22,800 total miles, this unrestored 1991 Nissan 300 ZX Twin Turbo is a previous concours winner.

This 1985 Toyota Celica Supra is all original including the radio with its own EQ system.
