Late Pre War Classics at the Cincinnati Concours

Those cars considered full classics by the Classic Car Club of America are divided into two groups at the Cincinnati Concours d'Elegance. This is the "Late" classics class meaning those cars built after 1935. This group includes a 1941 Packard 160 Sedan.
Only 651 of thse 1936 Auburn 852 Custom Phaetons were ever built. The cars featured a 280 cubic inch straight eight engine.
Gordon M. Buerig designed this 1936 Cord 810 Cabriolet. Among other innovations, Cords were the first front wheel drive cars in the USA.
Very rare, this 1939 Rolls Royce Wraith was one of only three built with an Inskip Sedanca de Ville body.
One of only 30 ever built, this 1940 Lincoln Zephyr Continental Cabriolet has been recognized by the Museum of Modern Art as being a milestone in design.
Sporting unique body work by Bohman and Schwartz, this 1939 LaSalle Series 50 Convertible was commissioned by the owner of the Merchant Calculating Company to rival a 1939 Packard.
This 1937 Packard 1507 Convertible Coupe was one of only 258 1507s ever built and one of only 69 convertibles. Only 25 are known to still exist.
Famed designer Harley Earl penned this 1940 Cadillac Series 62 Convertible Coupe. The body was built by Fischer.
