The Downtown Throw Down in Batavia has been very successful over the past several years. The event raises money for the Southwest Ohio VFW Memorial Team, a group that provides upkeep on the graves of fallen military personel. Unfortunately, this year it rained and only about 30 vehicles showed up. Among them was a new Dodge Charger, a BMW 430i, a Harley Davidson motorcycle hearse, a third generation Chevy Corvette, a Ford Fairlane, a Chevy 10 pick up truck, a 1950 Ford Custom, and a Dodge Challenger TA.
