Wrapping Up the Downtown Throw Down

Rain greatly hampered this year's Downtown Throw Down. The event, held in the heart of Batavia, raises money to support the Southwest Ohio VFW Memorial Team. The Team oversees the upkeep of the graves of fallen military personel. There were only about 30 cars and trucks on hand but there were some interesting participants. Among them was a 1917 Ford Model T, a custom pick up truck, a 1989 Buick Hearse, a Chevy El Camino, a Honda Accord, a Ford Mustang, and a Nissan 300 ZX.
