Fernbank Park is situation on the shores of the Ohio river and for years it has played host to the Rollin' On the River car show. This is one of the largest shows in the region usually bringing in more than 500 vehicles. Sponsored by the Delhi Kiwanis and supporting all of their charities, the 33rd annual event was held on a brutally hot and steamy day in July. Among the cars on display was a Studebaker Packard Hawk. The Hawk was produced starting in 1956 when the two namesake companies, both struggling financially since the end of World War II and facing growing competition from Detroit's Big Three automakers, merged in what was technically a Studebaker takeover. The Hawks were made through the 1964 model year. Also on display was a 1957 Mercury Turnpike Cruiser, a Willys Jeep, a Cobra kit car, a 1964 Comet, a 1970 Buick Skylark, and a Grand Turismo Hawk.
