Following a week of very sketchy weather, and a summer where it seemed to rain most every weekend, the 1200 Car Club Car Show got a break from Mother Nature with some absolutely perfect weather. The show, which benefits the Scottish Rite, brought around 50 vehicles to a parking lot in Cold Spring. Among them was a 1941 Studebaker Champion Coupe. The Champion first rolled out of South Bend, IN in 1939 and continued as a model through give generations until the end of the 1958 model year. Other cars at the show included a 2001 Chevy Silverado pick up truck, a Ford Mustang Mach 1, a 1967 Camaro Rally Sport, a 1965 Galaxie 500 XL, a late model Mustang, and a 1967 Nova.
