Early Rain Couldn't Stop the Glendale Gathering

The forecast was for early rain and the clearing and turning warm. In the river valley that translates to wet and then the area becomes a sauna. Mother Nature didn't disappoint as the rain kept some cars from showing up early at the annual Glendale Gathering. But a good number laughed off the rain and even more showed up once it quit. Among those on hand for this always fun event was a beautiful 1954 Mercury Monterey, a Porsche Cayman GTS, a Datsun 240Z, a 1967 Chevy Nova SS, a new Jeep Wrangler, a 1965 Ford Galaxie 500, a 1982 Jeep CJ-7 (for those that don't know the CJ stands for Civilian Jeep), and a Porsche 911.
